Uttar Pradesh Self Financing College Fees Announced

Recently, the Uttar Pradesh Directorate General of Medical Education (UPDGME) has released the list of the self-financing medical colleges of the state along with the updated fee structure for the academic year 2021-22.

If reports are to be believed, there are a total of 25 different medical colleges in UP that are self financing. Their latest fee structures have been mentioned below.

Update on the AIIMS’ First Supplementary Professional Examination

Another update in the medical field was the official notification by the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) recently released by them. It includes the schedule for the “First MBBS Supplementary Professional Examination” and states that this exam will be held in January 2022.

As many already know, the exam will have the “Theoretical” as well as “Practical” sections, the schedule for which has been explained below.

THEORY EXAMINATIONS

According to the notification, this particular set of examinations shall be held in the Examination Section in the Convergence Block (1st Floor) and in LT II, 2nd Floor, Teaching Block. The other paper-related details are as follows: -

  • Anatomy Paper I: To be held on January 3rd, 2022 (Monday)
  • Anatomy Paper II: To be held on January 4th, 2022 (Tuesday)
  • Physiology Paper I: To be held on January 6th, 2022 (Thursday)
  • Physiology Paper II: To be held on January 7th, 2022 (Friday)
  • Biochemistry Paper I: To be held on January 10th, 2022 (Monday)
  • Biochemistry Paper II: To be held on January 11th, 2022 (Tuesday)

All these exams will be held between 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM.

PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS

For this set of exams, students are advised to check the time and venue from the respective departments of which the examination is being conducted. The other details regarding these include: -

  • ANATOMY: To be held on January 12th, 2022 (Wednesday)
  • PHYSIOLOGY: To be held on January 13th, 2022 (Thursda)
  • BIOCHEMISTRY: To be held on January 14th, 2022 (Friday)

The final thing that candidates need to keep in mind is the fact that without the Admit Card and ID Card, no student shall be allowed to enter into the exam hall. Printouts of the Admit Card can be taken from the website after students pay their Examination fees.
