FMGE Result for 2022 is Out!

The FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduates Examination), an exam conducted for medical students by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences released the result for the FMGE 2022 on 3rd February 2023 and is available for the students on the websites of NBEMS.

The number of students who applied for the FMGE exam held on 20th January 2023 was 31942 from which 1372 students were absent during the exam and 20 were withheld. However, a number of 9850 candidates successfully qualified for the exam and 20700 Failed.

As per the guidelines released by the NBEMS, Students who appeared for the FMGE exam in December 2022 can download their scorecard after/on the 10th of February 2023. The students whose face ID verification is still to be processed, or the students having any court matter or security concerns, their results are still awaited and kept as “Withheld”. 

The percentage of overall pass candidates is 32.22% for the session of FMGE 2022

Further in the notice released by the NBEMS, it was mentioned, “The schedule of IN-person distribution of FMGE December 2022 session Pass Certificates shall be notified separately”.
