NTA Conducts Nationwide Mock Drill Before NEET UG 2026 Re-Test

National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct a national level mock drill today before conducting NEET-UG 2026 re-test on June 21 to check preparedness of examination centers and security arrangements in country. The test will be conducted starting at 9:00 AM and continuing well into late evening and will involve more than 2.5 lakh security personnel. All examination centers have already been handed over to NTA. A three-layered security system will be put in place on examination day to ensure a smooth and fair conduct of examination. As per officials, paramilitary forces will be responsible for transporting, securing and protecting question paper and answer scripts. In addition to this, around 5,000 examination centers across country will also be under CCTV cameras, while security personnel will guard at different levels to avoid any malpractice.
