NEET UG Exam 2021: NTA generated instructional guide on how to fill the OMR sheet

NEET UG Exam 2021: NTA generated instructional guide on how to fill the OMR sheet

The National Testing Agency conducts the NEET-UG every year and this year, the NEET-UG 2021 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG 2021) is scheduled to be held on 12th September.

NTA has generated an instructional directory for filling the OMR sheet from the convenience of the students. As many students find the process difficult and confusing, they end up wasting the exam time so candidates can check the sample OMR sheet on the official website. NEET UG 2021 will be held in pen and paper mode.

Candidates can take a look at the sample OMR sheet on the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/

The website suggests that the students can waste a lot of valuable time by filling the OMR sheet incorrectly which can affect their identity in the NTA. Students can get nervous and panicky when they put the wrong information in the answer sheet of the NEET-UG 2021.

“It is recommended for the candidates to read the instructions carefully on our instructional guide to fill in the OMR answer sheet and abide by the same,” says the official notification.

Candidates should only use a ball pen that can either be blue or black ink to fill in the OMR sheet. Candidates should be mindful of the fact that the OMR sheets are evaluated by computer software. That software is very sensitive and can only detect the bubbles that are properly filled black-colored.

Meanwhile, NTA also released the list of cities today where the NEET UG exam 2021 will be conducted. The number of cities that will be holding the exam has been increased to ensure social distancing due to the Covid Pandemic this year. The number of cities has been increased from 155 to 198. The number of examination centers will also be increased from a total of 3862 centers that were in 2020.
