NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 2: Last Day to Register & Lock Choices Today

The NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 2 began on 4th September 2025, as per the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which included the registration and choice filling process. This round was originally scheduled to begin on 21st August 2025, but was delayed twice due to technical and administrative reasons. Earlier, there were seven extensions and postponements during Round 1, which led to anger among many candidates.

NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 choice-filling window is set to close today, 9th September 2025. To be eligible for seat allocation, candidates must finish their registration and choice-filling on the official website, mcc.nic.in, before the deadline. The seat allotment results for Round 2 will be published on 12th September 2025. After that, those candidates who are allotted a seat will need to report to their assigned institutes between 13th and 19th September 2025. It is hoped there will be no further delays in the schedule.
