NEET UG 2025 Counselling: MCC Releases Complete Schedule, Registration Begins on 21 July 2025

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule. This counselling is for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses across India. The process includes the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% seats in central and deemed universities, like AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU, AMU, and ESIC colleges. Round 1 registration will start on 21 July 2025. • Eligibility: Only candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2025 are eligible to participate.

• Covered Seats: 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges (except Jammu & Kashmir, unless they choose to take part). 100% seats in AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU, AMU, ESIC, and all central and deemed universities.

• State Quota: The remaining 85% of government college seats are filled through state counselling authorities.

Step-by-Step Counselling Process

1. Registration:  Go to mcc.nic.in and register using your NEET UG roll number and other details.

2. Fee Payment: Pay the counselling fee and security deposit online as per your category and college type.

3. Document Upload: Upload all the required documents like your NEET scorecard, photo ID, caste/category certificate, etc.

4. Choice Filling & Locking: Select your preferred colleges and courses. Make sure to lock your choices before the deadline.

5. Seat Allotment: MCC will allot seats based on your NEET rank, filled choices, category, and available seats.

6. Result Declaration: Seat allotment results will be announced online. You must download the allotment letter from the website.

7. Reporting:  Visit the allotted college on time for document verification and to complete admission formalities.

8. Subsequent Rounds: If you don’t get a seat or want a better one, you can join the next rounds like Round 2, Mop-Up, and Stray Vacancy.
