The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the provisional answer key for the NEET UG 2025 examination, which was conducted on May 4, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access the answer key, their OMR response sheets, and recorded responses on the official website. The official website is https://neet.nta.nic.in/

How to Download Answer Key and Response Sheet?

• Visit the official NEET website. 

• Click on the link labeled "Provisional NEET UG 2025 Answer Key."

• Log in using your application number and date of birth.

• Download the provisional answer key, OMR sheet, and recorded responses.
  

Challenging the Provisional Answer Key

If candidates find any discrepancies in the provisional answer key, they have the opportunity to challenge them. To do so:

• Submit a formal objection through the official website.

• Provide supporting evidence for each challenged question.

• Pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question challenged.

• It is advised that all candidates ensure that all challenges are submitted by the deadline of June 5, 2025.
  

Calculating Estimated Scores

With the provisional answer key and OMR sheets available, candidates can estimate their scores using the NEET UG 2025 marking scheme:

• +4 marks for each correct answer.

• -1 mark for each incorrect answer.

• 0 marks for unanswered questions.
