Bihar NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling Registration Start: Check Vacant Seats, Choice Submission and Counselling Timeline

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has begun Round 2 counselling process under UGMAC 2026 for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses. Eligible candidates on basis of NEET UG 2026 can now apply in second round through official counselling portal. In Round 2, students can fulfill process of required registration formalities, submit fresh application wherever required, make permitted corrections and enter or update their choices regarding course and college preferences. The second round has been introduced due to addition in available seat pool, which include two government medical colleges, one private medical college and some additional seats in private medical colleges. How to Registration for Bihar NEET UG 2026 Round 2?

Students who are eligible to participate in Bihar NEET UG counselling second round 2026 will be able to register themselves with choice of colleges and courses from BCECEB portal. The process of doing so can be complete by following following steps:

• Counselling Portal Login: Log in to official BCECEB UGMAC counselling portal https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/ using required credentials.

• Registration: Candidates who were not involved in any earlier round can register afresh based on eligibility criteria.

• Give Permission for 2nd Round: Select the check-box option if applicants wants to join second round of counselling.

• Fresh College and Course Choices: Enter new choices of college and courses in case choices of previous rounds are made invalid.

• Edit Previous Choices: Applicants who are permitted to take forward their choices can edit those choices within time period of Round 2.

• Review Seat and College Changes: See new additions of colleges and extra seats and decide upon your choice order.

• Save Choice Order: Save your final choice order by September 18, 2026, 11:59 PM.

• Submit Your Form: After reviewing all entries submit form.

NEET UG 2026 qualified applicants satisfying eligibility rule of UGMAC 2026 are eligible for Bihar Round 2 counselling. Those applicants who missed registration during first phase are also eligible to apply during Round 2 period, depending on eligibility norms. Those applicants who had already registered in past can change their options where applicable. Before applying, candidates must go through seat matrix, schedule for counselling and other important instructions. Allocation of seats during Round 2 shall be done as per NEET UG merit, category and preferences.
